Passionfruit Fruit Tea with Bursting Boba

150ml Rooibos Tea

150ml Water

25ml Passion Fruit Syrup

25ml Passion Fruit Pulp (Fresh or in a can)

Passionfruit Boba

Ice


  1. Make a strong rooibos tea

  2. Add the rooibos tea, water, syrup and ice together - Shake for 20 seconds

  3. Place Boba in Cup

  4. Fill Cup with Ice

  5. Pour Mixture over Ice and Boba

  6. Pour over the fresh Passionfruit Pulp.
